Let’s see how important your caffeine intake is each day, shall we? I am sure that as you read this, there is a chance some of you are actually zipping on a cup of coffee right now. If you are, let us know in the comment section below. Alright, so how much caffeine is necessary to get you through your day? I am sure you have a favorite coffee shop where you always get your coffee, but what brand of coffee gives you the most caffeine to keep you going?
Depending on the coffee shop you frequent, it might come as a surprise to learn that the amount of caffeine in a cup of coffee can vary quite remarkably. If you’re looking to increase your productivity with energy, the brand of coffee you choose makes all the difference. However, it’s important to remember that too much caffeine is not good for your body or heart. There have been several cases where young people have succumbed to their fanatical intake of caffeine, so please be careful.
In order to present the brand of coffee with the most caffeine, I decided to use an infographic presented to me by Thrillist called How Much Caffeine Is In My Coffee? With the help of this infographic, you can easily decide which kind to choose depending on how demanding your day will be. It’s difficult to know what exactly this infographic presents, but the general understanding of it is that it presents the amount of caffeine along with how long it will keep you awake and alert. However, the creator of the infographic hasn’t confirmed this, so interpretation is up to you.
After having looked at this, even though I am not a coffee drinker, I am quite intrigued by the differing amounts of caffeine in each brand of coffee. No wonder a lot of people go for Starbucks and not McDonald’s when they have an important deadline to reach. The brand of coffee you pick of course also depends on what you prefer as far as taste, but this brand of coffee infographic should be more than enough for you to decide what to pick on a busy day.
