How Beer Saved The World [Infographic]

It is Friday, and that automatically means I have to write an article about beer, right? Nah, not really, but when there is such an awesome headline, I just have to. So, what about beer? What can be so fricking awesome that I have to write about beer this particular Friday? I mean, it’s Friday the 13th and all, and there must be hundreds if not thousands of awesome Friday the 13th references out there that could mesmerize even the most hardcore horror fan. Well, it so happens that beer has actually saved the world more than one time. So instead of a lot of death, I choose to write about life and our existence today.

I guess none of us really knew this, but beer has been the extension of life for a very long time. It has been enjoyed through thousands of years, and we’ve just recently begun to serve it in bottles and in a truckload of different tastes and brands. According to Online Bachelor Degree Programs, there is a whole series of events that have actually enabled beer to be the savior of the world on numerous occasions.

Their infographic called How Beer Saved The World clearly outlines the history of beer in the most creative of ways. It’s an infographic that I find intensely visually appealing, almost to the degree of calling it unique, and the data served in it is quite interesting as well. It’s hard to believe everything that is put into it, but if they went to the extent of making an infographic about it, I guess I have to at least enjoy it and somewhat pour down the knowledge with a tiny pint of beer. So, how could beer really save the world? Well, check out this infographic and you will have your answer in a jiffy!
