Through our lifetime, we spend an obscene amount of money on things that we can’t remember we spent money on. For example, whatever you spent money on last month, do you even remember exactly what it all was? The majority of you (if you’re not meticulously keeping track of every cent) will definitely say that you don’t remember. It’s normal and it’s just how life is. We spend all that money on things that we can’t remember and yet we complain that we have too little luxury in our lives. Well, what if I told you that I could show you exactly how much luxury you could have in your life if you instead saved the all that money you so carelessly spend?
The greatness of this article (and I don’t mean to take any credit for it) is the fact that you don’t have to read through this entire article in order to understand it. All you really have to do is to check out the infographic below called “How To Get More Luxury For Your Money” presented by Oliver’s Travels. It’s one of the most eye-opening infographics I have seen so far and it’s super simple to understand.
[pullquote]For example, instead of spending your hard-earned money on 7 lattes you could instead dine on oysters and champagne in a restaurant.[/pullquote] That’s the low end of it! Imagine what you could do if you instead restrained from buying those 45 pints of beer that will only make you put on weight anyway. Instead of that, you could actually stay in a five-star hotel! Wouldn’t that be something!
At the other end of the scale, the expensive one, if you kept yourself from buying those luxury designer shoes from Weitzman you could instead book Beyoncé for a private concert. Sure, that’s for the rich to decide and I doubt that they would restrain from doing one or the other because of money problems. However, if you save the small amounts they quickly become a large one. It’s the simple math you would have to consider when you’re out and about and want to spend your cash.
If you save the small amounts they quickly become a large one. It’s the simple math you would have to consider when you’re out and about and want to spend your cash. Luxury is not cheap, however, sometimes it comes at the same price as the everyday things we do, just in slightly larger amount.
Have a closer look at the infographic below and make a few life changes. Who knows, you might just find yourself in a whole different way of life. The world is full of people that have changed their entire lives for the better by just saving on small things. It might not be instant, but it’s a way to get more luxury into your life. Luxury that you definitely deserve after working hard to earn that money.
