7 Must Haves For A Traveling Geek!

Do you love to travel? I know I do. I enjoy visiting different countries, and I love tasting their food and experiencing their culture. I like checking out the different hot spots that friends recommend. Yes traveling is fun, but it’s the packing for the trip that is the killer, especially if you are planning a long vacation. Packing for a two or three day trip is manageable. What makes it difficult is figuring out what to bring along. After all, you don’t want to be charged the excess baggage fee, but at the same time, we don’t want to forget to bring the essentials.

We all have our own versions of what is essential to us when we travel. To me, it’s my computer, cellphone, charger, iPod touch, clothes and my toiletry kit. I know some people who have other “must” items on their lists. If you are a geek, I have found some wonderful items that you might want to pack in your suitcase. They include some of the basic essentials, most especially if you are the type who wants to always be prepared. I hope I did not miss anything. If you know of some other stuff that a geek like me would need, please feel free to share it with us here.
