Steampunk Laptop: More Than Ridiculously Refined

I am starting to get a new itch, and it has everything to do with Steampunk. I get introduced to it continuously, and there is no getting around it. It’s utterly awesome in every way. It has become a growing community through the years, and the things that get steampunked (why does that word make me feel like Ashton Kutcher is going to jump out of the screen at any second? …Err) are getting more and more advanced. I’ve seen flash sticks, mice and pretty much everything you can think of steampunked. There are even stationary computers that are made into large cabinets that look like something from… God knows what!

This time around I want to bring forth the Datamancer Steampunk Laptop. It’s a beautiful masterpiece that sure will have you glued to the screen to check out even the smallest detail. Until recently, this badboy was display material only, but now it will actually go on sale. So, if you have a few thousand bucks stored away somewhere, you can be the lucky owner of this Victorian laptop to show off to your drooling friends.

The initial price for this laptop will be $5,500, but the creator of it says that future models (yes there will be a few for sale depending on how many people apply to get one) could go for as high as $7,500! But what is that when you’ll walk into McDonald’s with the illest computer anyone has ever seen? Break it out in public, and you’ll automatically be in the spotlight. I would hold onto it though because it will probably become a collector’s item before you know it. It would suck to pay $7,500 for it, and the next day someone snatches it from right in front of you. Chain it to your arm or something, that’s what I would do! You just have to check out the Datamancer website, you’ll find heaven there if you are a steampunk fan! Everything is for sale as well, for the right price that is.
