Want to see the world and not leave your seat? I am sure you guys know about Google Earth already. Google Earth lets you fly anywhere on Earth to view satellite imagery, maps, terrain and 3D buildings. You can see everything from galaxies in outer space to the canyons of the ocean. You can explore rich geographical content, save your toured places, and share them with others. Technology can really make our world smaller and our horizon much bigger. Imagine the rush you would feel if you could actually go around the world literally and take photos and videos of everywhere you went.
I found a funny video entitled the “Google Earth Guys” that made me giggle. Google’s hardest working employees come back, and then leave for a really long time. Now that their mission of capturing all the streets from all over the world is finished, they are asked to photograph the world from all different angles. What a big job! To top it off, they do it while riding in a hot air balloon. See what the guys had to go through on this mission. I love the animation and I hope you like it too. It’s always nice to have a good laugh after a hard days work.
