Office Plant Made Of Green Pens For Workaholics Without A Green Thumb

There are many benefits to having plants in your office. Studies show that they help reduce stress, enhance employee attitudes, increase productivity and even improve air quality. If you look at a desk with plants and one without plants, the one with plants will always feel more cozy and inviting. An office plant can make work itself more enjoyable. But what if you’re like me, and you can’t seem to keep a plant alive? If you were born without a green thumb, this office plant is for you.

Since you now know that an office plant will make you happier at work, it’s time to get one. If you don’t want to get a plant that you’ll eventually kill since you’ll never remember to water it, this pen plant might be just what you need. Granted, it won’t improve your air quality like a live plant, but it’s a great second choice if you’re missing a green thumb.

This adorable plant is made up of a bunch of faux blades of grass. Each blade of grass is really a pen. They are called ‘Pooleaf’ pens, and they were created by Zeup, a south Korean design studio. Each pen is made from silicon, and if you’ve ever written with a silicon pen, you know they are somewhat squishy and give you a good grip.

Each pen costs $5, and when you put them all together in a planter, they will make the perfect office plant. You can choose from three different shades of green including forest green, spring green and yellow green. When you write with these pens, they sway at the top, like a real blade of grass swaying in the wind. From what I can see, the vase is not included. If you’d like to purchase some of these pens to make your own office pen plant, you can click over to Zeup Design Studio.
