I don’t normally write about anything to do with babies. I’m beyond the baby stage in my life (thank goodness). However, this little design is sooo precious, I just had to write about it.
Almost everyone I know loves fortune cookies. I’ve been eating them since I was a little kid, and even now, every time I read the fortune, it’s magical. I remember about a year ago I got a fortune inside a cookie that said, “Be patient. Rome wasn’t built in a day.” Since I have a history of being inpatient, I taped that fortune to my monitor to remind me to be more patient. We’ve even written several articles about fortune cookies here on Bit Rebels.
However, can you imagine being so inspired by fortune cookies that you create a fleece baby bootie design of them? Apparently Etsy store owner sushibooties is. She loves Japan, and not only designed these fortune cookie booties below, but she also creates sushi inspired designs. Nice! These cute little baby shoes sell for only $24 on her Etsy page here. You can even personalize the fortune! These booties come packaged in a Chinese food to-go box. How cute is that? I wonder if I can get a pair of these in a woman’s size 7? :)
