The Most Magical Paper Craft Castle In The World

We have featured a lot of paper craft art on Bit Rebels lately. As paper craft becomes more and more popular, we continue to see people push the limit on what can be created with a piece of paper. When @SuuperG sent a tweet today featuring this paper craft art installation created by Wataru Itou, I instantly had to stop what I was doing to write this article.

What he has been able to create with paper, by folding each piece by hand, is absolutely incredible! When you see the detail here, it’s no surprise that it took him four years to complete this entire installation. Wataru is a young student in Tokyo. This installation of his even includes electrical lights, and a moving train, all made from paper! Wow, I don’t think I’ll ever look at a piece of paper the same again after seeing this.

I don’t know if this is officially the “most magical paper craft castle in the world,” but until I see something that beats this, I’m unofficially giving it that title. Congratulations Wataru, I hope you are very proud of your accomplishment!
