10 Fierce Steampunk Inspired Flash Drives

We write about steampunk a lot on Bit Rebels. There is just something about mixing new technologies with Victorian sci-fi antique-looking designs that takes us into an impossible world full of possibilities. Just like every other style of design, sometimes artists get a little funky with their steampunk. I think this ornate steampunk etch-a-sketch and these steampunked Star Wars characters are both perfect examples of that.

My favorite steampunk designs are those that stay within the theme of modern day technology. This steampunk iPod case and creepy looking steampunk mouse design are definitely at the top of my coolness list. Just today when I was visiting the new recycled designs on 1800recycling, I read a post featuring steampunk USB flash drive designs. I have never seen those before, and of course, I had to stop what I was doing to write about them for Bit Rebels. I have so many flash drives around my house I could never imagine needing another one, until today. These are beyond fabulous, and to think they are also made from recycling materials, and they are so useful… it just doesn’t get any better than this!
