Creative Dog Costumes: When Cosplay Isn’t Just For Humans

The cosplay costumes that we humans put on in order to liven up a party or special event are part of an extraordinary thing really. Sometimes there are thousands of adult people dressed up as their favorite characters, and they do it willingly to amuse other people. If you think about it, the thought of that alone is just amusing. Some people get into their role so much that we have a hard time understanding they could be anything else. It’s clear that it is a way for people to escape their ordinary lives and enter the magic realm of imagination. And besides, who doesn’t love a little creativity from time to time, right?

However, when it comes to dogs, it’s a whole different thing. First of all, they don’t get to decide to be a part of what we put them through. I am not saying they can’t let us know if they are not entirely with the game. I am pretty sure you will notice if your pet is getting aggravated by you putting a costume on him or her. As a matter of fact, some dogs seem to enjoy the spotlight quite a lot. I guess that’s why there are dog shows and contests all over the world.

Either way, when you stumble over something so cute (yup, I said it) that you just have to share it with your friends and loved ones, then it’s clear that whatever it is… well, you just have to share it. I found a collection of the most badass dog cosplay costumes you could ever imagine, and of course I had to share it with you. If you ever thought cosplay was just for humans, I would suggest you think again. Some of these are way better than some of the costumes I have seen people wear to those huge conventions or cosplay events. Do you have a pet? What would you dress him or her up as if you knew your pet liked the attention?
