I guess anyone who has ever cooked spaghetti knows how hard it can be in the beginning to know exactly how much to put in the pot. Usually you put too much or too little. You will find that it’s hard at first to hit it spot on, which is not only really annoying but also a waste of food. Of course, since you are not equally as hungry every day, you will need to calibrate your measuring method with the amount you think you can eat each time. Let me tell you, most people get it wrong more than right.
