Star Wars Yoga – The Exercise for Geeks

This is so funny to me. I see people tweeting about yoga all the time. I’ve tried it before, but I just don’t think it’s for me. All that twisting and turning and holding poses, nah… I’d rather just hit my bike for exercise.

Maybe if I found a way to make yoga more fun, I would like it better. After all, if you want to make exercise more fun, then you have to get creative with it, right? As you see, that’s exactly what Star Wars fan Matthew Latkiewicz decided to do.

I think if my gym started having Star Wars yoga classes, I might give yoga another shot. After all, who could resist learning how to do the “Downward Facing Wookie” or the “Reclined Jabba?”
