The beauty of this prank is that you’ll be able to put it all together in just a few minutes. It’s perfect for teenagers or those who are young at heart. All you need is some cardboard toilet paper rolls (start saving those now so you have several ready to go) and some glow sticks (which you can get at the Dollar Store).

Then slide the glow sticks into them and place them outside in strategic areas. When people walk by, they’ll definitely be scared.
