We have written several articles here on Bit Rebels that deal with sleep and the importance of getting a lot of it for health and well being. However, what if you have deadlines and you can’t get that 6 to 8 hours of sleep? Well, then the best solution is to take a power nap. Naps are a good way to recharge your body.
A nap is a short period of sleep, usually in the daytime. Naps may be taken when you become drowsy during the day or even as a traditional daily practice. It is common for small children and elderly people to take frequent naps.
When I was a little girl, my parents would always make sure we had our siesta or afternoon nap, and I hated it. Now as an adult, I have come to appreciate the benefits. I have gathered some nap time photos. I think the photographers have captured their subjects at their best time of the day – nap time.
