Do you sometimes wonder just how influential Facebook can really get? It seems they are adding more and more users no matter what they do. Has Facebook somehow managed to cross a border where it just doesn’t matter what they do anymore? Are they simply adding users just because of the mere fact that 1/7 of the world’s population is on it? What if we switched it up a little and took a closer look at Facebook in real life, what would we think about this social giant then?
Well, according to the people over at Extremely Decent Films, Facebook in real life would be everything you never wished for. I kind of have to agree to some extent. Facebook has always been very aggressive with their way of making everything visible. Sure, they have pretty much been forced to patch some holes, but they are also continuing to add features that put you and all your friends in the focus.
On the other hand, Facebook is a social networking website which everyone knows is quite open as far as information goes. Your privacy settings can of course be adjusted and set, which by the way is recommended. Facebook has made it up to you to patch the holes they have “created.” But when it comes to Facebook in real life, maybe the video from Extremely Decent Films is one that will hit a home run for a lot of people. If you have ever felt like Facebook is constantly pushing your private information out there, you will most likely find yourself in agreement with this video.
Facebook in real life might come across like a little bit of an exaggeration, but when you start looking at the “feature” additions that Facebook is pushing out, it becomes clear that this might not be too far off the mark. There have been a lot of these Facebook in real life videos, and they always cover the latest features in a way that will make you nod your head in agreement. Whether this video will have you laugh your butt off depends on what your opinion about Facebook is I guess. Will we continue to get features we never wished for, or do those features actually enhance our Facebook experience? It would be interesting to know what you guys think.
