Sortable Makes Your Buying Decisions Faster & Easier

Last year, I wrote a few articles with infographics created by Sortable. At the time, I had never heard of that website before. Then in January, Mashable Business published an article I read called Skip the Research and Let Sortable.com Find the Product That’s Right for You. That is when I really took the time to check out this site, and I wanted to share it with you in case you haven’t seen it yet.

Sortable is a very specific search engine that helps you with buying decisions on laptops, phones, cameras, tablets and televisions. The concept itself isn’t new (think hunch.com, decide.com and findthebest.com), but I haven’t seen it done this well before, and I love the simple to use interface. It makes sense why Sortable is so much more successful than those other sites. Instead of researching all these different products on different websites, now you can simply use Sortable and view all the prices, features, advantages, disadvantages (tradeoffs), reviews and comparisons all on one screen.

I love the camera on my iPhone, so I’m not in the market for a new camera. But just to give you an example of how it works, I did this search today on Sortable. I put in that I wanted a small Canon camera for under $300 with a high res display, 1080p video capability and long battery life. This is the search that came up, and this is only the small portion that I could fit in a screenshot. So the next time you are in the market for a laptop, phone, camera, tablet or television, give Sortable a try! I’m confident that you’ll be pleasantly surprised with what you are able to find there.
