Epic Custom Made Star Wars AT-AT Bunk Bed

How many of you agree with the statement that life was more epic as a child? I mean, your imagination could make anything become “real,” and whatever you set out to do you could do. There were simply no limitations. It’s when we grow up that we start incorporating limitations into our own lives, and for what reason I have no clue. I try my very best, each day, to feel like I have no limitations. It will probably become my demise at some point, but living that way becomes so much more fulfilling. But as soon as we become adults, we tend to see things with a more narrow view than we would have seen if we were in your younger years.

For example, would you have ever come up with the idea to create the world’s coolest bunk bed if your kid didn’t want one? Nevertheless, would you let it slide even if the bed didn’t really fit in your kid’s room? I guess not. Most of us would probably just pick something more “mainstream” to put in there instead and call it a day, which would forever shatter your kid’s dreams because of your own limitations.

But that’s not the case with super daddy Derek, who seemingly has no limitations as a father at all. He recently set out to create what could only be described as the most epic bunk bed of all time. He put together a Star Wars AT-AT Bunk Bed out of scrap wood and assembled it in his kid’s room. The look on his son’s face when he saw that badboy must have been priceless. I mean, it’s not exactly a little thing you just put together, right? It’s epic in both execution as well as scale. We’ll just have to congratulate Derek for being the daddy of the year for inspiring his kid in every single way that he can. Not many kids get to enjoy that, or the adventure of having their own AT-AT bunk bed. Props!
