Horror Shoes Use Massive Amount Of Teeth For Soles

Do you remember the reversed high heels I wrote about a while ago? Do you still feel like those are the most awkward shoes you have ever seen? I have to agree they were quite disturbing. They have been subject to a lot of debate all around the Internet, and I think we need to settle something before we move on. The reversed high heels were part of an art project, and they will not ever (most likely) become a consumers product, or at least I don’t think so. When it comes to art and disturbing wear, there are a lot of things on the Internet that will make your head spin. I think I have something that will make you wonder what goes on in some people’s minds. Have a look at these horror shoes, and tell me what you think.

These horror shoes were created by Mariana Fantich and Dominic Young (Fantich and Young), and they make me think of Lord of The Rings. Why? I’ll tell you in a minute. These horror shoes are all about teeth. The fact is, their soles are entirely made out of teeth. They are fake teeth, so don’t worry. The sheer thought of having teeth for soles is just as disturbing as if the teeth were real.

It reminds me of the scene in Lord of The Rings where Legolas, Gimli and Aragorn walk on the skulls of a thousand warriors. That is exactly what it must sound like walking around in these shoes. These horror shoes are called Apex Predators and are about the freakiest I have seen when it comes to men’s footwear. You have to agree that these horror shoes give you the creeps. The soles of these horror shoes are just jam packed with teeth, and they look nothing less than disturbing if you ask me. Great art project? I have to say so. Freaky? Definitely! That’s not all, in my opinion, the 1,050 teeth attached to the soles of these shoes are what nightmares are made of.
