More often than not, I find myself trying to figure out what to eat. It’s one of those annoying questions that the more you think about, the fewer ideas you can come up with. You don’t want to eat what you had yesterday, and you don’t want to eat what you had just two, three or even four days ago. I find myself searching the web more often to come up with today’s menu. It’s a fun way to do it, that’s for sure, but often I stumble upon recipes that usually take more time than what I have to prepare them. After all, I want to eat today, not tomorrow.
