If you have ever seen the movie Highlander, I am sure you have thought about what it would be like to live forever, right? I mean, there would be no more time restrictions for anything. You could pretty much take everything in its own time and sort of nudge along every once in a while. Whether or not that would be much fun I don’t know, but it would certainly put a stopper in all the limitations we feel each and every day. As we all know, scientists are constantly working on finding the gene that will give us eternal life. It’s not a coincidence that people today live twice as long (if not more) than people did back in the 1800s. Science helps use become more healthy in a lot of areas.

However, there are a few things you can do to increase those precious years here on this blue planet. Some people would say it’s all genetic, while others would say it is pure luck. Scientists say that it all comes down to how we live our lives, and of course what our genes have given us. Now you don’t have an excuse anymore. Just follow these tips and you will live forever, or at least way passed your calculated doomsday with the living you are practicing right now. I am quite surprised that several of these things I actually already do. My chocolate intake is something that I need to control just a tad bit more though. I truly love chocolate, but even though a substance in cocoa is well known for helping cells to rebuild and path themselves together, too much is obviously not a good idea. One thing is, I am really happy, and they included that positivity is a huge factor when aging. Good thing the world is such a wonderful place to live in, otherwise we would all probably not be sitting here. ;)
