How To Trick Your Brain Into Thinking An Apple Is Really French Fries

I live in the States, which is a country where people eat a lot of food, yet many of them are unhealthy. As of last week though, we know we aren’t the most french fries obsessed nation in the world. According to Huffington Post, McDonald’s just launched their largest super-sized order of fries ever in Japan. It’s the size of 2 large orders of fries. If you love french fries, maybe what you need is to learn how to trick your brain into thinking an apple is an order of fries.

It’s not hard to learn how to trick your brain into doing and thinking a lot of things, but it seems like mentally transforming an apple into french fries could be tricky. It turns out, all you really need in order to do this is a very sharp knife, a handful of toothpicks and some imagination. Just look at the picture below and suddenly it will make sense.

I suppose learning how to trick your brain into thinking that an apple is really an order of fries isn’t so hard after all. Of course, you know us, we’ll probably find a way to deep fry it and cover it with salt. Nah, this is a great carving, and I’m sure it took an incredibly steady hand to get it just right. Plus, it had to be done quickly so it could be photographed before the apple started to turn brown. Impressive!
