No longer is it valid to dress like ordinary people. The more clueless you make yourself look, the better your geekiness will come across to the unsuspecting public. Following the fashion trends set by the celebrity designers is not something you would want to do if you want to at least appear to be a geek. Sure, there are a few cool geek designers out there, but taking their advice could be too edgy. You don’t want to go overboard since you will just come across weird and odd. Most likely, you will have lost that geekiness forever if you try too hard not to blend in. Keep it simple and keep it personal. Small details are the best geek profiling accessories.
