This is a big week for wine lovers on Twitter, so when I saw this little video, I knew I had to share it with you. If you are unfamiliar with the historical events coming in the next few days, I will give you the deets.
Rick Bakas, Twitter’s premier wine, food and friend to all extraordinaire, is attempting to bring people on two sides of the world together, through wine, in social media. If you are a wine lover, you are going to definitely want to be a part of these events. They are fun, they are free, and they are great for meeting new people! As Rick says on his website, “Imagine it’s a giant dining room table where everyone’s welcome to join the conversation.”
There is no actual location for these three virtual wine tastings. We will all be connected through the magic of Twitter hashtags. The dates for these events are March 27, March 30 and April 3. You can go to Rick’s website to register and find the appropriate hashtags. Now, on to the funniest freaking cooking and wine video I have ever seen in my life. Well, at least this geek girl does, and I just love her to pieces. Rick, you should hire her to be your assistant! :) I present to you… My Drunk Kitchen…
