World’s First Twitter Hotel Is A Paradise For Twitterholics

If you use social media primarily for business, you probably look forward to unplugging when you are on vacation. On the other hand, if you are a Twitterholic, you might view your vacation as a great way to spruce up your Twitter stream with new pics. What if there was a Twitter hotel that catered to your Twitterholic ways? Wouldn’t that be a dream come true? It turns out, such a place exists, and it’s on the Spanish island of Majorca in the Mediterranean Sea.

This Twitter hotel is called the Sol Wave House, and it’s a place where you will not only need to be focused on Twitter to get through the day, but you’ll also be encouraged to use Twitter since it will enhance the enjoyment of your vacation. This hotel has its own Twitter app that will only work with the hotel’s wi-fi. It allows guests to meet, flirt, share pictures, send messages, send virtual kisses, etc. with other guests in the hotel. It’s a party hotel, and it’s designed to meet the needs of people who love Twitter.

There are also the usual things you’d expect from a Twitter hotel like blue balloons, blue cocktails, blue candy and a Twitter party suite (perfect for a tweetup). There are also Twitter hashtag games you can play with other guests while lounging on the Bali beds, and other Twitter themed party games.

If you need the concierges for anything, you just send them a tweet instead of picking up the phone and calling them. This hotel has been open for about a year, and apparently there are enough Twitter lovers in the world to keep it going. You can read more about this Twitter hotel on TIME.
