Digit Mp3: Probably The Sexiest Mp3 Player In The World

It’s hard to compete with the iPod and the Zune when it comes to Mp3 players. Many have tried and failed, and it seems sometimes like we’re going to be stuck with these two until we finally run out of uses for an mp3 player. After all, we can listen to songs on our cell phones these days, and with the market share steadily growing for both Microsoft and Apple, it seems this is the way it will go down. However, there are still a few brave souls out there who are keeping their hopes high, and they come up with new and genius solutions and designs for a new breed of mp3 players. I certainly hope that we haven’t seen the last of the mp3 players released on the market, but chances are slim I am afraid.

The Digit Mp3 player, designed by Nuno Teixiera, is probably one of the world’s sexiest mp3 players. That shouldn’t come as a surprise since the brain behind it also created the highly acclaimed concept design iView Dual Monitor. The lines and slim shapes of the Digit Mp3 somewhat remind me of one of those really futuristic remote controls for some reason.  Maybe it’s even the remote control featured in the movie Click.

The coolest and most eye-catching feature of the Digit Mp3 is probably the ear buds. They are bluetooth enabled and their minimal design is among the fanciest to date. Wearing them is totally going to become a chic thing where they will almost become an accessory instead of a gadget. There is a sharp line between male and female in the way the colors are used, and you can pick the color that most compliments your clothes for the day. Geeks like sexy gadgets, and this is definitely one of them.
