Grasshopper Bike Could Be Your Future Choice Personal Transporter

There are a lot of areas where innovation can be pushed to its limits. One of those areas we cover quite a lot of here at Bit Rebels. I am talking about personal transportation. Without personal transportation, our world would be a pretty big place. The Grasshopper bike is based on a concept presented a few years ago, the Honda conceptual bike. It’s a new take on the popular two-wheel transportation device.

What’s unique with the Grasshopper is the fact that it focuses on usability. Not only that you will be able to haul around your body, but actual usability. For example, the center section of the bike is dedicated for storage. Sure, it might not have the space of an SUV. However, it’s compartment space not usually seen on a motorcycle.

There is no mention of it, but by the looks of it, the Grasshopper is electric. We are heading towards a more electricity-driven society, and this bike would fit right in.

Design, in general, is a two-edged sword, and some people will love it while others will, unfortunately, probably hate it. We like the Grasshopper because of its design and the way it utilizes the negative space. Storage capabilities have always been a mind-twister when it comes to mopeds and motorbikes. Perhaps the Grasshopper will once and for all show us how our bikes should look.

Have a look at the pictures and discover the clean yet contemporary lines implemented on this bike. Whether it will ever be realized, we don’t know. It all depends on so many factors that it is impossible to determine. We will keep an eye on the project and let you know of any changes.

The Grasshopper is designed by Kentaro Nozue at Phiaro Corporation. As always, if enough people like it we can be sure someone is going to make it a reality. I am for one going to cross my finger. What do you think of it? Let us know in the comment section below.
