Sci-Fi Handrails: LED Lights To Guide You In The Darkness

How many of you readers have more than once dreamed about living in a house that was as close to a technological wonder as we could possibly come today? Quite a few I guess, or am I wrong? The thing is that there are plenty of post-modern houses out there, and I am a huge fan of this kind of architecture. It inspires me to the brim, and I can spend hours and hours looking at these awesome pieces of technological artworks on the Internet. However, these houses don’t really sport all the cool technology that we sometimes see in cribs in the movies. The gear that is available in Iron Man, for example, isn’t exactly true to reality if you know what I mean.

That doesn’t stop some people from inventing rather cool and innovative ways to geek their houses. In particular, I like these futuristic sci-fi LED Blind Handrails that were created by concept designer Zoran Sunjic. They are not only visually stunning, but they also help visually impaired people to see where the handrail is actually located. It’s a fine and commendable innovation that I definitely think we will see more of in the future.

The cool part about this concept is that you will be able to change the type of light you want it to omit. There are several colors available and depending on what interior design you have, or what colors your eyes best pick up, you can choose the one that fits your personal taste and best reference. So far these LED handrails are just in the conceptual stage, but I am sure when they are complete they will become a huge hit. It’s such a simple yet functional product that it would really be a shame if someone didn’t recognize it as pure genius when it comes to being a helpful and innovative design.
