Cars and cities don’t really make for the best relationship, and in many cities lots of different schemes have been tried to get things moving again.  Here in Manchester we have shared city cars where there are special parking places around town and you just pick one up and can park it in the special places. We also have a free shuttle bus that takes you round the city.
At MIT the students have been working on a new and more modern solutions. Stack able electric cars! The idea is you will be able to pick one up, drive, then stack it up. The cars also charge while stacked.
