Fortunately it’s not in my nature to procrastinate things so much, and I say that in the very most humble way. The thing is, if I was to procrastinate things, my entire life’s philosophy would be kind of out the door. Every morning I read the words to myself that are my screen which say, “Life won’t wait for you to make up your mind!” and from that, I am in full motion moving forward. I don’t know if this works for anyone else, but I’m glad it works for me. Of course, I would be lying if I said I NEVER procrastinate anything. There are times when the energy is just not there, and to procrastinate things is the only solution to actually getting something done; however later, if you know what I mean.
As you can see, procrastination is not always bad, but only when we are doing it to keep ourselves from stressing out or working too hard. Doing that will only bring you deeper into the never ending cycle of not getting things done. The french guys over at UFunk have put together a simple little flowchart for us that somewhat depicts what our infinite cycle of procrastination would look like.
Everyone is so furiously promoting the fact that social media is the way to move forward, but when it comes to procrastination, it is probably the illest culprit of them all. It literally sucks the hours out of your day and there is no way to get them back once they are spent. So take a good look at this picture and memorize it. Make sure you never fall into it because once you do, it will be really hard to get out of it before it’s too late. If you want to make something out of your life, do the things that will do just that. It’s simple really.
