One way to pamper yourself is to get a manicure and a pedicure. It not only makes you feel good, but it’s also a great way to look nice and neat. Sometimes it’s enough to just get a pedicure since manicures tend not to last as long, especially if you do a lot of chores using your hands. Cooking, washing clothes and even typing can ruin a good manicure in a matter of days. The polish tends to either chip or crack. The good news is that there is a new nail polish that promises stronger nails. Shellac is the first hybrid nail polish that promises to last up to 14 days or 2 weeks.
This manicure also does not require any drying time. Imagine getting your manicure and then immediately driving, having a snack or wearing your shoes right after your salon appointment is done. It also promises no chipping or peeling. Amazing!!! Another difference is that you will need to come back to the salon to get the manicure or pedicure off. They have a special acetone pad that you have to wrap around your nails and in 10 minutes, it can be taken off.
The price of the procedure is, of course, double the price of a normal manicure or pedicure. However, with no drying time required and since it lasts for 14 days, that makes it worth every penny.
