We have seen a ton of cosplay costumes, and the ones we have featured here on Bit Rebels are out of this world. Usually cosplay costumes are more creative than well done, and when you stumble over a cosplay costume where the “builder” has really put his or her entire soul into it, you can really see that. The details and the way it is put together has a certain kind of… mojo if you know what I mean. So far we have featured some of the most creative and the most technological costumes ever seen on the cosplay scene, and it is only fair that we now take the time to feature what surely has to be one of the most intricate cosplay costumes ever made, right?
The “Most Intricate Cosplay Costume” award has to go to the staff over at Coilhouse (and Jessica Rowell, Nina Pak, Elizabeth Maiden) for their unprecedented dedication to constantly tending to the details. When you check out their costumes, you are immediately struck by the insane amount of work that has been put into them. They are not necessarily the most recognizable costumes ever created, but they sure pack a punch that I have never seen before.
The other edge to these costumes is of course the way they have been photographed to literally draw you into the image. The costumes have taken a lot of inspiration from mythical characters such as Medusa and Athena. The creator also admits that there has been a great deal of Tim Burton incorporated into the design, and if you are a fan of this epic movie director, you know exactly what buttons were pressed. If you think you know of any more intricate cosplay designs, please don’t hesitate to tell us. These are by far the most intricate ones we have found so far.
