UN01: The Best Looking iPhone Case For Photographers

There are a lot of skins, cases and accessories for the iPhone.  It doesn’t matter if you want it for your first generation iPhone or if it is to geekify your new iPhone 4.  There are cases for pretty much any model you can think of, even for the iPod.  But for photographers, the number of accessories has been sparse.  Finding a good one is somewhat equivalent to finding a needle in a haystack.  Either they are spoofing a real camera, or they simply put a sticker on the case making it look like a 2D camera.  This is really not what you are after if you are taking your photography seriously with the iPhone.  My personal opinion is that true and dedicated photographers should be treated with a bit of respect, and someone should come up with a real and good looking case for their iPhone.

Designer UN Design put together a fund raising project on the popular Kickstarter site hoping to fund the awesome looking iPhone case meant solely for dedicated and professional iPhone photographers.  Their goal is set on $23,000 to make the case a reality, and by the looks of it, and by that I mean the visuals, I would say that they will probably reach their goal by the time the fund raising period is over in 42 days from now (counting from today).

The case itself reminds me of a portable digital camera but with a heck of a lot more style.  The case comes in several different materials and colors, and there is even an aluminum one in the works.  For the sake of all the dedicated iPhone photographers, I really think you should give a little and give this truly beautiful looking case a chance to impress people.  There are plenty of pledger rewards to receive depending on the amount you pledge.  It’s simply amazing looking!
