What do you get when you mix a firearms accessories company, an ex-Harley Davidson bike and a bunch of profoundly passionate designers? You get this sleek, sexy experimental motorcycle design below.
I’ve never written about a motorcycle before because until now, I’ve never had one catch my attention, but to me, this one has vision. This motorcycle, made by Magpul and called the Magpul Ronin, is based on the Buell 1125R sport bike.
According to the website, the “name Ronin was taken from the Japanese word for a samurai who lost his master. The name Ronin was chosen after the Buell Motorcycle Company ceased production and closed its doors in 2009. The model 1125R was selected due to its high level of performance and aesthetic potential that were never fully realized by Buell as a subsidiary of Harley Davidson.”

Since this motorcycle was introduced two months ago, they’ve made some major design improvements to the prototype and it looks like they might actually start to produce these in a very limited number. However, that is not confirmed for sure yet since all of this is unfolding as we speak. If you would like to read about the mechanics of this bike click here.
At the time of writing this article, major revisions are still being made and all of these features may change. Stay tuned for more information as it develops. All I want to do right now is gaze at these stunning pictures and dream about riding down the highway on one of these beautiful bikes.
